Nancy was my inspiration to try more cooking with Lucy. Tonight we made peanut noodle salad and stir fried pork (I told her it was chicken). She was a great helper and only had one slight tantrum (she didn't fall off the stool, so it was a successful mission).

I tell my kids that we are eating chicken when we have fish. It only work with Kaila now though ;)
