As I marvel at my big 2 1/2 year old girl I can't help but grieve a little about the baby she left behind. Each stage she enters becomes my new "favoritest" age (except the biting). Then I look back at her two years ago this week and think ... ohhh my little baby, I miss you. For my newer readers who haven't looked back on my aol blog (from when she was tiny) here is what you missed out on (and what I miss every now and then).

All the way from Ethiopia... to Vegas! What a great family you and Lucy make. Those photos are so sweet.
Tears sprung to my eyes when I saw these photos b/c I am already grieving Malía as a "baby" and she is only a year old! Funny, but even lots of photos can't fully capture these times for us, can they? Lucy is incredible, at any age.
So...are you working on bringing home Number 2 yet? :-)
Awh Stacy!! Why does it have to go so fast??? I remember emailing you for suggestions 2 years ago at this time. Two years ago!!!!
