Today we braved the snowy weather to drive the few blocks to The Braid Factory and get Lucy's hair professionally braided for the first time. She was so sweet and so brave.
Sometimes it hurt and she held onto my head for support, I felt really bad.
She kept moving her head as far away from the lady as she could.
After the torture we went to Matt's Bar for "Jucy Lucy's". Her hair looks so cute!

She did AWESOME!!!!!! Morgan was the trouble maker....buuuuut who can blame him having been up since 6am!!!! Oh wait I can!!!!
I got sidetracked....Lucy did such a good job when we got to Matt's she said....'Morgan do you want to touch my braid' - maybe you had to be there...but it sure was cute to me.
oh my gosh, I just thought you meant a few braids, it brings tears to my eyes on how beautiful she is. She is beautiful on the inside and outside, I love her so much

HOLY FLIP!!! The jucy lucy is an all time FAVE of my husband's and he is going to pass out when he reads your post.
I wish we had a place called the braid factory by us. her hair is gorgeous!!!!
Wow!! Stacy, her hair looks fantastic!! And she sat through it! Love it.
I too, wish we had one of them factories here :) You guys in MN have all the good stuff.
Lucy has one fabulous momma.
Her braids look fabulous! Looks like it was harder on you then on her. It sure puts in to perspective how small she is when you see her sitting in that big barber chair. Good job, Lucy!
Yay, Lucy! Your hair looks great!!!
Wow, Lucy, great hair! You made your mama proud, I'm sure :).
She's adorable, but I like Mama's styles best :)
She looks wonderful! Love the look and it's not a bad break for mama either. It does get easier than the first time too.
But seriously, that girl is so stinking adorable that she looks good regardless.
Love the braids and love the Jucy Lucy. We used to live about 5 blocks south of there when we lived in MPLS. Love the Chatterbox too which is close to Matt's. Ahh...memories...
